Shocking Service!!!

I placed an order on the 01/11/2013 and to date I have not received my order. I have sent several emails and only to receive a reply on the 23/01/2014. An email stating that my order has gone back. This service is absolutely SHOCKING, you take customers money but can not deliver and have excuses. I will never order anything again and will not recommend WOW Deals to anyone. You dont even have a contact number, why is this??? I want my item or my refund. I would like for you to attend to this urgently. Order No 1549
