2nd bad experience @ same outlet!!!

Handed a pair of pants in to be altered on 14 April. Branch called 3 time to let us know it's ready for collection! Got there today! Fortunately I looked at it and to my discust!!! Nothing's done!!! Pins are still in as I've put it up on 14th April! Manager couldn't speak to us, was "in a meeting"! That was at 12pm 2 May! Still waiting for manager to call!!! What a bad attitude and service from Edgars!!! Where IS our Country going??? Give it to the pigs and they brake it down!!!
