My Daughter bought a pair of MANGO pants and other items from Edgars on Sunday the 3rd March 2013, the tag on the pants showed her size so she never tried them on as she knows the brand and what fits her. On Monday morning, she took off the labels and went to put the pants on only to discover that they were not a size 8 as per the label but a size 4 (according to the inside tag) hence there is no way that these pants could fit her and on closer inspection, they looked used. I took the pants back to Edgars the next day, 1 day after purchase. I was told that the problem would be resolved the following day. As No one ever came back to me, I called daily for 11 days, only to discover on the 11th day, that MANGO has refused to exchange or refund me for the pants as they say they have been worn (how does a size 4 would fit someone who is a size 8) what a Joke. I also noticed when I picked out the correct size pants, that the pants she was sold had white stitching on the pockets which the others didn't'. Mango and EDGARS are refusing to exchange or refund me, WHAT HAPPENED TO HONOURING THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT? My advice to anyone looking at MANGO CLOTHING is AVOID THIS PRODUCT.
