I am starting a new job on 15 January and they require me to dress formally everyday. So being an Edgars fan, a club card holder, I went there (Menlyn branch) to do my shopping on 07 January 2013 (after returning from holidays). I went to the sections I know have formal clothing such as Mango and Forever New. To my amazement, not a single assistant came to check if I was alright or needed their aid. I made my way around and found a pair of pants but I couldn't even read the sizes because they were in UK sizes. I was so frustrated that I actually fit on three pairs of these pants and of course none were my size. I wouldn't have been so overwhelmed if I had someone to give me guidelines and if the store didn't have my size, the assistant would have been able to advise me on which branch to visit to find the same pants. I was so upset I walked out and bought from their competitors who offered me more attention and assistance. I love the renovations done but please don't stop slacking on customer service.
