Voucher pins not received

I purchased two mtn vouchers R15.00 each yesterday around 3pm (27/10/2013) until today im waiting for a voucher pin. I tried contacting your call centre no 0860332244 and 0861788211 with no answer. I have no idea what to do now. I called them edgars complains department they said they will ask OTA to call me. that was at 12pm its now 04:30pm I have not received anything
