Overdue account

I have had my edgars account for over 15 years and never had a overdue account,
in some months I pay in advance!

I get a call today 8th April 8:30 am by a very rude edgars lady, that my edgars account is overdue and I need to pay by the END of business day today APRIL AND MAY Instalment. - Being 2 months instalment?? which is not due yet

I unfortunatly could not get to edgars this weekend to make the due date by 7th so i will sort out my April instalment asap!

Firstly I do not have May's salary yet???

I dont know who edgars think they are to demand I make May's payment by the end of business day today.

If this is how edgars "thanks" their customers I do not want to be apart of it!!
