Big suprise, still no delivery

I was invited to the store to select a new bed, what was failed to mention on the H/P response is that I Must again go through the mission of taking with bank statements, payslips etc and that I must buy a more expensive bed as they don't have stock of the same price (why would I buy a more expensive bed from you when all I have had is rubbish service?)so I opted to rather wait the 2 weeks for the same mattress, the first mattress went "missing" so again I said that I will wait for them to re-order. Mark the menlyn consultant informed that the bed will be delivered on 26/04/2013, he said that the factory cant call me with a time and will let me know before they come (I cant just jump up from work when they decide to deliver). Friday came and went, mark phoned and said there is a problem with the drivers-no bed, on Monday I informed him i do not have a car for the day so the bed must be delivered Tuesdays, and to this day I have again had no response. four months down the line and still this is not a priority, I have no faith in this company, your consultant is incompetent and lacks customer service skills. My next step it to take my problem to the CPA. I have had enough!!!
