I purchased a mattress from Foam Factory in December. I asked them to arrange a delivery time with me beforehand, and instead they just showed up without warning, expecting me to be home. It took a number of tries before they were able to come at a time when I was there to receive the mattress.

The mattress they delivered had a few stains on it, but the main problem was that it had a tear in the covering fabric which was sewn up (not very neatly). Because it was around the time they were closing at the end of the year, I had to wait until Jan for them to replace it.

Incredibly, again I had the same problems with the delivery. Despite my clear instruction to contact me beforehand, they would just show up to deliver at arbitrary times. At least another week was wasted trying to arrange a suitable delivery time with them.

And astonishingly, the new mattress also has a number of defects, the worst of which is a gaping hole in the covering fabric, which is broken and frayed around the hole.

What an appalling company - I'd advise you to stay far away from them.
