I'm absolutely disgusted with Furniture City and their appalling customer services. I purchased a dinning room table and chairs from Furniture city on 01/08/2012 paid in full. The chairs were delivered but the dinning room table was not in stock so i was advised to wait until the manufacturers sent stock to the shop which i did.
After promises of a table that never appeared i requested a refund from the store. I spoke to Lebo, Mick (general manager) and Shelly who assured me that i would receive a refund in a matter of days, again another lie. I have been to the store but apparently there was no money as they had cashed up already. I have spoken to Shelly numerous times, who promises to feedback, but never really does. Odgar (Regional manager) what type of operation you're running when customers have to chase after your incompetent staff members that lack in client relations for 9 months in order to obtain purchased goods or a refund. I want YOU to call me Odgar and fix this now. I'm tired of talking to your staff as they lack the intellect to sort this out. This is YOUR problem now and i want it sorted out NOW! Taking my issue up with CPA, you guys are are a bunch of
