BRILLIANT!!!

I had to take my Defy microwave (purchased at the above store a year ago) in as it stopped working and was still under manufacturers guarantee!
I was greeted at customer service by a friendly lady who informed me she was filling in for Nukathula. She instantly called the lady, who appeared 20 seconds later with another client.

Nukathula took over and dealt with me directly, logging my issue into the database whilst at the same time dealing with the other clients complaint by calling the vendor/store/department in question. Nukathula, also didn't just wait on the phone for the other vendor/store/department - When she realised that she'd been put on hold she hung up and called back. She then asked the person on the other side of the phone to please put her through to someone who will deal with her, not just an extension that will ring and ring or be picked up & just put back down!
While on the phone & dutifully assisting me logging my issue in with the service database! She also noticed someone behind me, and apologised for the delay! All the time she was friendly & courteous and always had a smile on her face!

What a great role model for the youth & entire working population!
