Unexpected Bad Service from Woolies

I am a Woolworths customer and have been for many years and have never had bad experiences when in store. Today however I had to phone in to the Centurion store to enquire about changing an appointment in one of makeup departments and first I was on hold and put from one person to the next until finally I spoke to someone in the makeup department who said the person i need to speak to is on lunch INDEFINITELY. I then spoke to the manager who said the same thing but promised to check her appointment book and ring me right back. I waited 20 mins and called her back and spoke to the rudest person ever who then put me on hold while he shouted around looking for Maggie who kindly informed me that she is too busy in interviews to keep track of the staff and what time they go on lunch and get back and furthermore due to the lady in question being on lunch no one in the whole store can assist me. Really Woolworths??? I spend approximately R3000 per month in your store and thats the service I receive and thats the attitude of your staff who ask how can I make a difference when answering the phone!
