Poor unreliable service

Mimosa Mall branch:
Saw a titanium ring that I liked in the store but unfortunately not in my size. Upon asking the store attendant if they were able to order my size the store attendant made it pretty clear she did not want to help me...
So I went to the next closest branch... The Waterfront branch.

Waterfront branch:
At least I have to give some credit to the store manager for actually saying that she would order the ring and that it would arrive in a months time (at the latest) - This was the first week of August... After this thing went downhill pretty slowly...

It took numerous phone calls and in-store visits from my side to constantly try and follow-up on the progress of the order due to the fact that nobody initially bothered to get back to me or give me proper feedback on the status of my order. During the last week (after a lot of phone calls from my side) the store person got back to me saying that unfortunately the supplier cant make the ring - it took 2 months to tell me this, why???

Now the pressure is on me to find a wedding ring in a short amount of time...

In short: Unreliable poor service
Positives: At least the store manager was quite friendly
