FOURTH CONSECUTIVE BOOK IN-PHONE STILL NOT WORKING

Please note that my Sony Z is still not in working condition!!
The battery is not charging despite the LED indication as well as the lighting strike through the battery indication on the display.
I went into MTN again yesterday to collect my phone after being serviced for the same issue for the 3rd time & asked the Manager to test the phone in store to ensure that it was charging, which it did not. We tested the phone on two different chargers and the battery percentage decreased. The store staff witnessed this themselves & promptly told me the issue was now for me to deal with!!
I find the level of service from MTN at the V&A disgusting!!
The Manager is extremely unhelpful and laughed at my level of frustration.
I again am pleading for assistance in dealing with this issue.
My phone was again booked in yesterday after I called the service department from the store.
Please help as I am sitting with a phone worth R8000.00 which is not working!!
