Refund They took the goods but I dont have my cash

On the 27th April I was at Mr Price Eloff Street, I had to complain about the slow moving long queue. There were only 2 cashiers servicing the entire store which is quite big and busy. We waited in the queue for long but after I had voiced out my disattisfaction two ladies came to the tills and Bongani and another guy helped with packing which helped. Now yesterday 30th April I took some items back for a refund, I paid for them with my FNB savings account to my suprise I was told the cash will be paid back to my no problem there but it will take 7 working days!!! You guys have your items back in the order I found them I'm really not accepting this 7 days bull story I want my refund back as in yesterday please could someone just sort this thing out why should you keep my cash for so long if you have the goods back. Please can you just give me my cash refund.
