In 2011 November i cancelled / Changed Ownership of my account to Isaac Mbatha and paid the account in full, I am still receiving invoice from ADT with outstanding amounts. I have been calling ADT from last year regarding this issue without success, I kept calling Account and Billing Department left messages and was told i will be contacted i am still waiting for the call. i have received an invoice for last year. i spoke to the current account holder he is not receiving any invoices under his name from ADT. This problem is affecting my credit record as a bad payer. i am pleading with ADT to rectify this matter because i have served my contract period and paid them in full. when i call i deal with different agents all the time and have to explain my problem and none of then can assist me.
