Invoice issue- Unresolvable?

To whom it may concern,

I have been trying for the past month to resolve the following situation:

On two instances ADT technical personnel did work at my house.
On both these instances the invoice was incorrect.
New invoices were issued.
I paid the new invoices.
The old invoices were never cancelled by ADT.
ADT is demanding payment for the old invoices.

I have spoken to more than 30 operators who have been unable to resolve the issue. The problem was escalated to technical escalations (Kuben) who forwarded it accounts. Since then no-one has been able to connect me with the account departement.

I logged a request on the ADT's website and Thumi Botha from client services phoned. She also says that I need to speak to accounts but can also not connect me. The fact that even client services cannot help me, urged me to log this call.

If this situation continues, it will reflect badly on my credit rating. I am considering terminating my ADT services in order resolve this issue.
