No After sales Service, don't use them

The company (Ayron) was asked to repair a garage door motor. He could not so replaced with a new HERCULIFT motor in september 12. Two weeks later, stopped working. After many calls, him putting the phone down, they called and repaired the motor. Stopped working again early January 13. Supposedly has a giarantee. After numerous calls and promises he advised that it was a supplier problem (Herculift Jimmy 0829665475) They knew this without even calling again. Eventually Jimmy called and stated it was an installation problem He tried to get Ayron to call but was on the Easter break. He promised to call on the Tuesday after the break. I phoned him again on a few occassions. He is extremely rude and unhelpful. He finally promised to call on Wed 24 April but did not do so.
My advice, stay away from the company BSS Ayron0825692069 and Andre 0798893026 74 Clarendon Drive Discover tel 0866975195 as they are not serious about sorting out their poor quality workamship.
