Poor service and unkept promises

I had received an sms that the tracker on my car is not responsive. I called on 0112436870 to make an appointment for my tracker to be fixed as my car is insured. All the persons mentioned above failed to keep their promises after telling me that a technician will be sent through to check and fix the problem. That did not happen. I called several times to make a follow up and promises kept coming and service delivery never happend till today. No one comes back to me yet premiums are debited on a monthly basis. Should anything happen to my car during the period my tracker is not in good condition i will hold the company responsible. I am not a happy customer. Four incompetent people all make promises and I have to do my part and no one delivers. I am absolutely appauled and disgusted by the service delivery. Since the 7/04/2013 and nothing is still done.
