Avoid these guys!!!

I contacted Gate Motor Guru about a Garage Door Problem on the 24th of July. They sent out a third party person called Ryan from A Metro. The arrived at my premises on Friday the 26th of July to tell me what I had already explained was the problem on the phone. The asked to come back on Monday to repair the door. The asked for a call out fee of R400.00. for basically telling me what I already told them. On Tuesday the 27th they came out to re tension the door and replace the cables, a wooden beam and where supposed to supply me an additional three remotes. They did not bring the remotes, and they did not have the equipment with them. I paid R2270.00 for the repair. They battled to program the motors. Because although telling me they knew the motor, they blew fuses. Could not program it. They eventually got the motor working, at the last minute they fiddled with the lift height and then had to leave. After helping them push the bakkie out the yard. I tried the door and it would not close. These are the most unprofessional bunch of guys you'll ever meet. Currently my door is dead. Sure they have damaged something on the motor after blowing fuses. I called the head office, pathetic!!
