Messed up account for undelivered data bundle

I purchased a data bundle on promotion via the vodacom account website. The money has been taken off my account but the data is not reflecting on my account. Repeated phone calls to customer centre has not resolved the issue. I have spoken to call centre agents and supivisiors and have escalated the issue but so far nothing has been resolved. Now the call centre is apparently closed and nothing has been resolved. I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received so far.

So far nobody seems able to resolve the issue and seem to have little interest in doing so.
