Disputing of Account opened in my name

Greetings,
An account was opened in my names with one of the Edgars branches in November last year. After discovering such action, I logged a dispute with Edgars on the 17th of Jan 2013. I was told it takes 45 to 60 days to have the metter resolved by one of the Edgars stuff from department. However, I called last 2 week to confirm if the issue has been resolved and I was informed that he issue will be closed by the 17th of March - Monday 2013. And to add to it, a confirmation letter will be sent to me confirmation with the decision. However, I have not recieved any feedback from department at Edgars or any member from Edgars, even after following up with the issue. This is affecting me because I can't apply for credit because of this issue.
Please assist in getting feedback on the status and if possible get this issue resolved quickly.
