I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO PHONE THEIR CALL CENTRE AND WHEN I EVENTUALLY GET THROUGH EITHER THE PHONE JUST GO DEAD OR I DON'T GET TO THE RIGHT DEPARTMENT. THE HELP DESK IS NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. I WANT TO CHANGE OUR ACCOUNT DETAILS, WHICH WE HAVE SENT OFF ALREADY ON THE 1ST OF MARCH AND WHEN I SENT IT AGAIN THE MAIL HAS BEEN READ BUT NO FEEDBACK IS GIVEN, WHICH MEANS IT WILL BE AN OUTSTANDING ACCOUNT, AND A STRUGGLE TO SETTLE IT AGAIN. THERE IS JUST NO MORE SERVICE OR HELP! GOOD SERVICE IS PRETTY RARE!
