I am not technologically challenged at all but find the self service on dstv impossible to navigate. Its a great feature designed to skip long call center calls but I always end up having to call anyway as I run into dead ends trying to change my bouquets on the site. Please get a normal user to sit next to your website developer to see if it actually is user friendly when they design these things
