Appointment not kept

Phoned on Thursday (12 Sep 2013) to get someone out to do a quote on building a gate, supply the gate motor and install.
Was told someone will contact me which it did on Friday morning. I missed that call.
I called back to the person, who tried contacting me. Explained what I wanted and made arrangements that he would come to me between 16H30 and 17H00. I went off work slightly earlier than usual to be in time for 16H30.

By 17H30 he did not appear. I phoned him to find out if he's still coming through. He replied that he is on his way to Rustenburg for an emergency. A bit of a lame story since he didn't phone me. Told him not to bother coming to me.

Looks like the company is doing very well and don't need my business.
