BEWARE OF TONER SA THEIR HEAD OF SALES IS RUDE

This morning I phoned from our company to request a quotation from Anusha at Toner SA regarding cartridges for one of my very big clients. Like always do I would send and email obtaining my request and then I would phone them to make sure they received it. I phoned her this morning, and the first thing she did was to tell me that she had a lot of quotations to work through, and she will send me a quote. She phoned me back regarding 1 of the items on my list, which was a faxer. She told me to find out from my client if it is a fax or a cartridge and then she put the phone down in my ear. When I phoned her back to say it is the cartridge for the fax machine she told me that she is not going to send me a quote and that I need to go myself on the website and look at the prices. She was incredibly rude, and so I phoned back to talk to her manager, which I never got, since she is the head of department. She then phoned back and screamed at one of my colleagues. This woman is out of control, and the fact that a company like Toner SA can put a woman with a temper and unprofessional-ism in a position like that is unacceptable. We could have been one of her clients, but I would rather not!
