Once again let down by service

Once again, ADT had proved themselves as useless where customer service is concerned. I made an appointment with a sales consultant to quote us for work to be done on our alarm system. I had to wait a week to get an appointment with "TJ". Today, after arranging my entire day to accomodate the appointment, "TJ" calls an hour before he is due to show up, and tells me he can quote me over the phone and send the quote per email. At the end of the day, no email was received and I have still not gotten a quote or date for installation. The call centre is unable to re-direct my call and "TJ" does not answer his phone. So now what? I sit here on hold once again listening to their broken promises on the telephone as I wait for a supervisor to answer my call. I AM FRUSTRATED TO NO END AND AM CONSIDERING CANCELLING MY CONTRACT.
