Rands Transparent Burglar Bars
Non-delivery - I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

I purchased a Groupon voucher from the supplier RANDS TRANSPARENT BURGULAR BARS in November 2012. To this day (4 April 2013) I have not recieved the product from the supplier. I called several times for them to come to my home to install the burgular bars, and finally in Feb, somebody came home to quote me saying that I require more additional burgular bars based on the size of my window in question.
I called the rep back to go ahead with the job on the 8 February, and he said he will install the following week.
This never materialised.
I called the him again today to find out if his company still exists or what happened? He said he has a big job to finish and he is very busy, but should get back to me in another two weeks. He was not apologetic about his terrible service. More like he is doing me a favour!
I find this service unacceptable.
Will be requesting a refund from Groupon. THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME FOR 6 MONTHS, RANDS TRANSPARENT BURGULAR BARS!
A warning to everyone out there - RANDS TRANSPARENT BURGULAR BARS delivers REALLY REALLY BAD SERVICE and a "don't care" attitude!!!
