I feel safe but would feel safer but understand

I contacted Tydan Securtiy Specialists on the 23rd January for a quote. Jonathan contacted me to confirm a time he could come through and quote. He arrived, went through my entire house and pointed out vulnerable areas of access which I was unaware of. I then requested that he quote me on the items he reccommended. I recieved the quote the very next morning.
I was impressed as Jonathan contacted me the very next day to confirm that I had recieved the quote and wanted to know how the pricing was which we were quite happy with. we immediately paid over the deposit and looked forward to securing our new home.
The very next week we were contacted by a lady in the office who said the team could come through on the Monday to install which I was so excited about, they apparently had our burglar bars part ready but our security gates were unfortunately not as they were waiting on thier supplier.
In short, I am very happy with the service I have recieved, the burglar bars look lovely however I am disappointed in the time frame of the gates which I understand is not thier fault since it was outsourced to a another company. I am now waiting on my gates to be installed.
