since the last time i complained, someone finally helped me and my problem seemed better. was still not good (had 1-2 signal bars, as oppose to the 0 bars or 2g i use to have). its approximately a month later, and my problem is back. what must i do to get someone to help me? i am sick of struggling with this. i am sick of having 2g or no signal bars in a area where, your staff assured me, i would have network coverage.
