Good luck if you get to speak to the correct person in Accounts as your call will get cut-off every time (it took me 8 attempts to speak to anybody). Secondly I am in my 3rd month of trying to get my accounts billing corrected and every time promises get made with no resolution.
The call centre staff/system is a s shocking as dealing with government call centre's... and I certainly would be concerned if that was my business.
