Lancet want me to pay for someone else

Good day
On 10th December i received a call from Lancet.
Gentlemen said i have two outstanding accounts, he confirmed my email and then said no there are actually 4 accounts.
He couldnt give me detais of accounts and said i need to speak to my Dr. the Dr is not not one that i know.
he said the responsible person is Annelize. i requested an email with all accounts and i only received two outstanding accounts.
i will not pay lancet due to the fact that they cant give me correct info.
