On the 7th of March I phoned the ADT call center in PTA to have them change our password and to check the contact numbers and names are correct
After struggling some time just to get the ADT employee to have T-H-E understood I gave up and said revert back to the old password
I complained on their website instructing someone to phone me that is competent. No one ever phoned back or even an email.
Every time a false alarm went off ADT would phone and the old password would be given. Shortly an ADT car would pull up at the house.
I then got a SMS from ADT saying I must contact someone or we will be charged for successive call outs. I phoned the person and was instructed we had too many call outs and we would have to be charged. It turns out the password was blanked after the call with the person unable of basic spelling.
Now I have to waste my time being at home for a technician to come out to check our alarm otherwise we will be charged

1. Your call center staff are ill trained and cant spell.
2. You dont reply on complaints on your website
3. You could have told us our password was blanked
4. You wasting my time for an unnecessary call out to check alarm
