The website allows you to enter your details to receive forgotten PIN/PASSWORD. It then sends you a new PIN/PASSWORD. When you try to use the same received PIN/PASSWORD, it says there is an error.

You are then forced to phone the call centre. They send you forms that you must fill out and fax back to them and then wait 5-7 days for updated info to be sent to you.

Very poor service from the website.
