Poor electric fence installation

I had an electric fence installed at my premises and was assured of continued backup service in the event of problems. I have had multiple failures on a bobbin on one corner and the supplier has - on 3 occassions - simply replaced the bobbin with the same type that was failing. When I asked for a permanent solution I was met with a really bad attitude. I was told that if I could do a better job then I should go ahead. This is not what I paid for. To date this has not been resolved.
I really wouldn't recommend anyone to have any work done by this individual as he cannot keep to his word. At this point I am seriously questioning his competence in anything he does.
There should be some law protecting individuals especially when it comes to safe security installations.
