Back to no patrols - no security when needed

Previous complaint logged 06/03/2013 no response and patrols - a month of complaining brought a change. Patrols where happening for a month and then just stopped. We have had an increase in break-ins in our road and i am back to square one with fighting to get them to do routine patrols. It has been a week of complaining to managers, customer care and the control room with no one getting back to me and no patrols happening. Where are ADT! They take your money monthly but don't fulfill the service promised. I advise anyone who reads this and is with ADT to check the response time and take note if you are getting your area patrolled. I am disgusted by the lack of service and care from them. We have been customers with them for years.
