What am I paying for??

On Fri 15/03/13 at about 08.10 am, my husband was hijacked at gun point in our driveway, in Hurlyvale, Edenvale and my Honda Jazz was taken. At about 08.15 am I telephoned ADT to report the incident and advise them of the registration number of my vehicle, so their patroling vehicles could be on the look out. It took approx 23 minutes for the guards to arrive at my house, (the police, Top Security and Mamba Security arrived before ADT did!) upon my complaint of the time delay, I was informed by the supervisor, after he contacted ADT, there had been an issue re finding my house, which was not acceptable reg hadnt been passed on to patrolling vehicles! I was then advised to contact ADT regarding counciling for my husband, due to the trauma of the hijacking, I contacted ADT on Sun 17/03/13 at 9.00am and was told that John Labaschagne would contact me back, I phoned again on Mon 18/03/13 at 10.00am and was told the same thing! As of today 20 March at 15.09 - I have yet to receive a call from John Labaschagne! So much for the services that are offered and provided! Two weeks ago there was a security march in Edenvale, Top Security/Mamba/SSG/Police Traffic were there - where was ADT??
