Thanks to Mervin Pillay

A few weeks back whilst at a shopping centre, my husband mistakenly locked his keys in our car. At the time, I was at home and not with him and since we have only one vehicle, there was no way that I could get a spare key to him. I then called the AA as I have a membership to request assistance. They refused to help as they needed me to be present at the vehicle as well. I then explained that I was stuck at home and could not get to the vehicle. My husband then called ADT, who is our security provider, and he spoke to a gentlemen named Mervin Pillay. After explaining the situation, Mervin sent out one of his guys to my home to fetch the spare key and then dropped it off with my husband. We just wanted to say a big thank you to Mervin and to ADT for your help and assistance. Mervin really went the extra mile for us and we appreciate it tremendously!
