STOP MY MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT

I have a written undertaking from C Track on the 25 Jan 2013 confirming that my account has been cancelled and that no further debits will go off my account. Well, it seems that they have been quietly debiting my account without my authority and have now taken over R1000, 00 from my acc. All the emails and correspondences to complain gets no results. How many other people are being fleeced like this. It has been an endless battle to get them to attend to my complaint. you wait forever for a consultant to answer your call and it takes weeks to get a reply to an email. They want to prevent your car from getting but yet they are taking money from my acc without my authority. WARNING, PLEASE CHECK YOUR ACCOUNTS IF YOU HAVE A CTRACK CONTRACT.
