This contract ended in October 2012. I sent through a cancellation letter in this regard but my account is still being debited.

Please stop debiting my account as it costs ME money to keep reversing your debits. I do not owe you money because I cancelled this contract. You need to re-imburse me for al the bank charges and the successful debits that went off after October.
