Tracker Connect
No feedback whatsoever!

I have been querying a charge on my account for over a week now. The first lady I spoke to, Portia, said she would get back to me which she never did. Since then I have sent 5 emails with not so much as a response to say they are looking into it. This is not the fist time I have had a feedback problem with Tracker and I am getting quite frustrated!!
