Ineffective service from Chu

On the 15th March 2013 my house was broken into and the alarm went off, but the armed response was 30 mins late. To my shock they reported that everything was fine but in the morning when I woke up my lounge window was broken into and my curtain holders were taken as they were running because of the alarm. What is the point of having an armed response alarm that I am paying every month and I feel not secured as they reported everything is fine which that indicates to me that they probably working together as the syndicate instead of securing us their customers.
I am very angry of the service I have received from chuub it is appaulling.
