One of the 2 contracts I have with C Track expired in Feb 2013. C Track failed to notify me about the upcoming cancellation, and just continued with it. I called the customer car line and was told I have to send an e mail to cancellations@digicore, which was done on 7 March 2013 @ 16h55. Today is the 15th of March, and I have still not heard back from anybody. I have had so many issues with C Track in the past few months, and yet again, you have just ignored me as a client, but yet you continue to deduct from my back account. YOUR SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I want feedback ASAP as I want to cancel my account.
