Need someone to respond to me

I had security beams fitted and the salesman, promised to do ensure that my whole house is surrounded with beams. I was charged for this and when the technician came he said that he couldn't do what had been promised and that I had to pay extra as the salesman didn't measure it properly. He had put the beams in different places to where the salesman measured. I then called out the manager Dewald and he explained that I now had to pay extra for another beam, which I had not budgeted for, and so we agreed that he would give me a discount on the beam. He said that now the salesman would have to loose his commission and so another beam was fitted. He quoted me R990 and the company keep invoicing me R2500 . I have emailed this company with the details several times, as this account is now in arrears andI have been emailing the accounts division since March. I have called the company's 086 number also several times and held on for up to half an hour and nobody can assist me. All my details have been taken down! They now will not repair any problems we have until the account is settled. I am baffled that a company can run and function when the customers voice is not heard.
