Whish I never joined your pathetic company

We have a vehicle for our representative in Zambia. Before we installed the devise I inquired if the tracker system will work in Zambia and was told that it will. We got the cyber sleuth system installed, and it stopped working on the border between SA and Botswana. This was in November already.

We contacted Netstar and spoke to Bongeka, who told us that she will sort it out. Nothing was done and we then contacted her manager, Chantell, who again promised us the world and did NOTHING!! We eventually got hold of her manager Kevin, who was quick to repond, but again, when something needed to be done, NOTHING GETS DONE!!!

We have been paying for a service that we are not getting for 4 months now. What the do you people expect us to pay for a service we are not getting.

I want a refund and the contract scrapped as you are not delivering on any promises and also thereby breaching your own contract!!!

Please can someone that is not just another lazy employee contact us so we can get this sorted out ASAP!!!
