PAYING FOR VEHICLE THAT WAS CANCELLED 2010

I have a fleet of vehicles with Netstar. On Friday 6/12 I phoned Netstar as I wanted to track one of our vehicles as we have Cyber Sleuth on 3 of our vehicles, but when we wanted to track the vehicles from our side we couldn't. We were then told that the said vehicle was cancelled in 2010, but we still pay for the vehicle every month. I checked my correspondence and saw that we requested them to remove the said vehicle from only one of our accounts as it was on a Sleuth account and a Cyber Sleuth account. We wanted it removed from the Sleuth account. We carry valuable cargo and cannot afford mistakes like this. I have been trying to get hold of their customer care departments but have been on hold for more than half an hour. I hope to get a response from them soon as I am very disappointed in them already.
