Again Netstar deducts unlawfully from my account

After Netstar deducted R1800 from my account and it took me almost 30days to get the money back from them, and after handing them over to the Ombudsman and then cancelling the service due to incompetent personnel, Colleen Pearson sent me the cancellation documents in which it stated that the cancellation is on Netstar's cost at the end of September 2013. End of October 2013 came and Netstar deducts over R500 from my account. I am no longer a client of Netstar, so deducting money from my bank account without my approval and clear documented cancellation it is. I have emailed Johan Kok and Treven Gopal as Colleen is out of office, with no reply from either of them or the Customer Care Department. People please avoid this company! This matter has again been handed over to the Ombudsman and I have requested that Civil and Criminal action be taken.
