I'M ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USES THEM, I WAS QUOTED AN AMOUNT OF 7078.26 to upgrade my alarm system, after i accepted the quote and paid in full the upgrade was done, the next day DCS sent me an invoice stating that i owe a further 3988.86! to which i did not agree! i contact them disputing this extra amount to which their Sales guy Carel advised that we agree to this amount telephonically which is the biggest lie! i lodged a complaint with Legalwise they sent DCS letters to advise on this extra ammount to which they replied they have a recording stating us accepting this amount to this day Legalwise and myself awaits this recording, further letters were sent to dcs with no response to date, today they debit my account for 3988.86 without my consent! this is and these people are a bunch of who are suppose to be security! needless to say i'm taking this matter to the highest power! I am an individual who takes pride in my credit record and I honour all my payments with integrity I have never missed a payment to a company and I continue to pay DSC (Best Secure) every month for their services
