Accounts deparment is not helpful at all

I have never dealt with an accounts department which replies to queries only 2 months later and is still not able to asssit accordingly. i have found that cancelling my membership with Discovery health was the best move i ever made and i am actually saving on my Medical Aid and paying less. However, the accounts department has still not sorted out my query and my problem since September 2012. this is unacceptable from a company with their reputation and of their size.
