Unacceptable service from ADT accounts dept

I was contacted several weeks ago and told my account was in arrears for several months. I sent proof that payment had in fact been made to three different staff members - no one has bother to revert to me or follow up, and the incorrect arrears still reflects on ADT's records. This is some of the worst service I have received in South Africa.
