I have had enough of the bad service that I am getting from Best Home and Electric staff, both Nasreen from your Gatesville branch as well as your accounts dept and Head Office. My account reflects that I am in arrears but I am paying R200 more than what I'm supposed to each and every month. I even sent the proof of payments to your Gatesville branch yet I'm still not receiving positive feedback.
I have two accounts for a microwave and a tv set. I was given one instalment for both and I was assured that the spilt would be done correctly. Be that as it may... It was never done and now my account is in arrears, therein reflecting my name in a negative light with the credit bureau. I have tried sorting this problem out with your head office as well with the branch but somehow they don't seem to understand my anger.
I do not appreciate my account being in arrears when I know I pay more than what I'm supposed to. I have had this problem with you people before and now the same thing happens. I have had enough. This constant phone calls and run arounds with the expectations of me going to the branch to sort out something I am not the cause of is out of the question. Sort this out NOW!
